To ensure maximum freshness, we roast our beans in small batches daily. Your order typically ships within 24 to 48 hours of roasting.

Do you offer pre-ground coffee or only whole beans?

We offer both! You can select 'Whole Bean' for maximum freshness or choose from various grind sizes tailored for Drip, Espresso, French Press, or Pour Over.

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 14 days for a resolution.
